Continue Momoko's or Hitomu's storyline until you can unlock the school. You'll find Tomo there. Then try to ask Momoko about the book again, she will tell you to go to Tomo. Actually, the knowledge is not necessary to be increased. It just helps you speed up to character corruptions.

I got 100% on the memory guide. A lot of content is locked behind events that happen fairly far down some storylines though, so it can feel a bit frustrating to see all of this stuff that you're supposed to do, but still waiting on some other mostly unrelated storyline to play out.
Not to my knowledge, the 0.3.0 walkthrough is the only one I myself have seen.
The best walkthrough you can get is the "Book of Memory Guide" on the first page, it's updated to the current version despite the number displayed there. A lot of scenes get unlocked by progressing the story, but for other stuff look at the pictures and figure out the location of the event.

Well, that's normal. It's weirder when the game tells you that you have unregistered Windows while you're having fun with Yamiyo. Literally unfappable

From that plot point alone I was expecting all of the young ladies to be absolutely baby crazy and jumping on your dick all over town, but nope, they don't seem to care about saving the human race in the least.
