I'm a couple of days early, but might as well share this now. Looking forward to seeing what y'all come up with!
As mentioned before, for reference the DMD001 Renpy file was compiled on September 27th, 2016. It was version 0.0.6 before I started playing though (Feb of 2017).

Here's an alternate take on the beginning of the DMD story. Dee arrives a few months later to attend college with Jen and Elle, and the three of them get jobs as escorts to help pay for college, with Dee never having met F before now. She's not sure why this client looks so familiar...
The costumes are a nod to the Village People btw! No particular reason other than escorts are asked to do cosplay occasionally.

The Council of D
The Council of D is the governing body over all Ds. The Council was created when Ds from multiple dimensions decided to form a way for them to explore the various facets of sexuality, mores and taboos without breaking out for character for their dimension. Their secret headquarters, known as “The Bordello”, is where they gather to share experiences and swap dimensions according to their whims.
Fs can be temporarily housed in an annex during their D's visit; however, they aren't allowed to mingle with each other to prevent contamination of their dimension. Occasionally, one or more F may be invited into the Boudoir, the Bordello's main meeting hall, for demonstration and entertainment purposes.
Maybe this could be a thread that collects all the games that have D as a protagonist
