i downloaded the game (v0.26) and then downloaded this mod, but when i go for a new game it asks me for a bunch of parameters, and then crashes on the start of the game. i haven't played the game before, so what's going on?

Forget the version numbers. Theres Chapter 1, 2 and 3. Each is a seperate install, and each has a seperate mod from Lain. (1 for 1, 2 for 2, 3 for 3). When DMD reached the end of ch1, instead of starting the first release of DMD c2 as 'v0.1', it just used the next number in the version sequence from Ch 1.
So Version numbers: Ch 1 0.15, Ch 2 0.21 and Ch 3 currently at 0.26b

If I remember correctly, it took a couple of days for a new version to come out last update.

We patiently wait.

Yeah, it takes a few days normally, depending on the size of the update. The pathing has to be mapped out, etc.

But I gladly throw Lain some $$$ each month for the quality mods put out.

Ch 3 mod, at least, appears to have been deleted from MEGA and GDrive.

Is it realy so hard to read 1 a 2 post of the end page, then u would see why its removed.
Jezus i hate this kind of people some time so much.

But i will give u the benefit of my doubts that u are just blind.

The are removed until the mod maker update the mod, He have many projects he work on and he know the game is updated, this can take from few days or 1 week.
So be patience.
He do this for free or in hope for donations or subs on his patreon, so if u like his work support him.
