with 0 patrons I think the dev just not give a crap to update the patron page.
if he is doing anything at all with the game, it will be on his own pace and whenever.
updates are unlikely. but who knows.
but its not a good practice. to be a dev is tons of work and u need to keep working even if nobody gives a shit,

NTR tag needs to be removed as there is none in the game but in a little bit it'll probably not matter as it'll mostly likely be getting the abandonment tag as it's starting to get close to the 3 month mark.

I could claim more or less the same for every single Futa game. I really can't imagine what anyone would find interesting about those games, so to me, it seems like an extremely marginal niche as well.
Apparently, there is some demand for futa games though, so people make them, and others play them. Don't ask me why, but they do.
Still, even if it should serve only a marginal clientele according to my common sense and opinion, I don't see any point in visiting futa threads and asking whether the developer got hit by a windmill or something. My opinion, nor my knowledge of the world within my own tiny bubble of acquaintances, obviously isn't representative of the actual interest in these games.
I do occasionally stumble into such threads by accident. Usually I leave immediately, sometimes I read an interesting description and THEN finally notice the scary tag, on rare occasions, I even find a note in the details explaining that the futa content is optional.
But, overal, it's a matter of to each his own. No point in kink shaming. We can all be ridiculed here
