I trying to get the mandy undressing event and I'm stumped I know it got a guide for patreons but judging by an item description (the spirit candles) and the fact that it said too much depravity must mean something I went into the dungeon multiple time both no and max depravity and even intentionally died to see if it would cause me to be transported to the room

You must enter with no depravity with the candles equipped, and must had found Mandy's note and given it to her (Unlocked her nude options)
That bug has been fixed in the latest update, do wait for it to be updated here. Fixing it in my current build where the issue is fixed and opening it in this older version will break the file.

Its a cutscene not a game over. Just wait it out and it continues.
Is this the correct form (Larva) or is this an error? I thought the larva for was supposed to be small?

That Cum Guardian when going after that Lampyre was not a fun fight cause when I break the shell, it one shots me, stun or no stun. I finally beat the damn thing by a damn hair.

Yeah, I was pretty damn over leveled with what feels like high tier equipment (or at least it feels like I am) and beating that guy felt like I only got lucky, first and second times, he one shots me as soon as the shell breaks, no chance to do anything, third time he just doesn't. Why, who knows? He just didn't. I don't know if there is a gimmick to that fight or something but surviving the shell break so you can one shot him back just feels like pure luck.
Updates are regular on my Patreon, when it comes to Itchio (Where this version stems from) It's usually months behind. I just finished the first version of the Orc Story line, so now its about refining, fixing, and making everything feel as good as possible before the next Itchio update can be made. I expect it to be out in around 1 more month or so, but that's just an estimate. After that the OP may update it here at his own leisure/ when they get the chance.
Its indeed a tricky one. It will hit hard enough so only a specific defence/HP stat can survive it. This can be achieved in many ways but the easiest atm would be the Omega Form's defensive abilities. It should make the player think about their loadout before the fight. I can't remember if this version offered here has the skill sets features, but using the Guardian perks should also be a good solution. The area/boss also awards you with the means to get high defensive items to reflect it. You can also cheese it if you focus on your evasiveness stats. Haven't tested it but a Larva with a Cum Core should have a easier time, specially if using the Ghostly Set Perks.
Power Divertion is learned at level 50, if it is in this version, which I can't remember
