I'm not sure what drove me to take a second bite of this shit sandwich, but today's update hasn't fixed any of the terrible writing present in prior versions. Lesson learned - ignoring anything from Lewd Raccoon.

Was a good series. One of the first that I recall that pretty much had a poly/NTR type relationship model though where the queen riders pretty much fucked whoever rode the dragon that bred their mount. Didn't seem like they had much lasting connection to each other relationship wise, or if they did they shrugged it off pretty quick if a different dragon 'won' the breeding flight.

I never caught the last books of the series after the one's that went back to the founding and the dolphins. I assume they found some way in the end to stop the thread threat using the old tech that was available but maybe not.
Nope-ish. Was mostly on Ruth, and his ability to always know "when" he was. Tho some old tech helped. Jump to the thread planet to dump a mess of explosives in a grand canyon affair, blow it, and it nudges the orbit a bit longer. Jump to a diff time 3 times and repeat. Giving a Long Interval. So the Long Intervals were a result of their own actions in the future, going to the past. Do that a few times and they finally nudged it's orbit too far from Pern for thread to reach it anymore. The AI from the first colony helped calculate the orbital mechanics. They found it after they founded Cove Hold and started exploring the southern continent. Was by a volcano that fucked them up, Pompeii/Herculaneum style, so they fled to the northern continent where the series takes place. And I think the explosives were the drives of the 3 colony ships, the Dawn Sisters. Been a while, so details are a bit fuzzy.

But without Ruth's ability to always know When he was, they couldn't go Between time to do it, old tech or not.

I'm just putting this out there, giving players choices every minute or two with no actual consequences does nothing but fatigue us. Just make this a fucking VN, who the fuck cares if you have ¨50+ choices¨, that's not a feature unless it actually does something and is written well. Take it out and just tell the story, or make choices make sense. The writing is also horrible, I like the setting but I don't know when the MC is thinking or talking, I don't know what's happening at all. I'll drop this until it's either completed or the dev puts some more thought into the game. If I wanted to just jerk off I would just play some other less tedious game with better visuals.

Not sure why you quoted me here but I have already played all the games you mention, but even games with less of a story are better than this POS rambling mess.
I honeslty don't remember why I mentionned you lol. Maybe I wanted to know what you thought abt my ideas. I honestly think the base concept is actually pretty cool.
The way it's done however maaaan. Without being rude, a 12 years old could prbbly write better thant that....
