Never found any assets for Sith Purebloods, and I'd been wanting to make one for several months, so I finally broke down and concentrated hard the past couple days in Zbrush making individual morphs to put on any G8F character, and finally a full character morph. Of course I created a female inquisitor for it.
Your creation looks much better than any in-game Sith pure-blood variant.
That's why I chose the Zabrak race in the game.
