The face is Leisha8(50)Tasha8(50), Victoria 8 Body, a few extra morph dial, Alawa 8 skin texture.

done in blender EEVEE (i know this is daz3d thread, if there is a better place to post this please let me know), render time 9h.

Very well done! Hot and quite natural-looking.
Those look much better than the animations in perhaps 90% of 3DCG supposedly animated games here
