I think it looks like wet skin. The skin disease effect comes from the overall graininess of the image. I think if you rendered it a little longer the skin would look more wet and less skin disease.
As for the overall image If you want to improve it more. I feel the pose of the girl lacks action. have her knees bend more so she looks more alert and able to shift her weight. Search for surfer images on google for examples, you'll see most of the people on a wave like this actually are more or less crouched.

check if limits are enabled and if the pose you are using is for GEN 8
If the pose is for gen 3 or 2, this could also happen

This is the thread for DAZ 3D Studio Pro. It is very beginner-friendly and free to use. Of course, you can purchase Assets and Plugins to your heart's content but most of the stuff can be tested from the Asset Tread in this very form. Sadly the interface isn't translated into german. If you want to dive into a more hardcore and pure form of CGI you could use the open-source program Blender instead. And Blender has a setting for german as interface-language.

East Asians including Chinese, Japanese and Korean when exposed to long duration of sunlight can get very dark. A person can go back and forth from as pale as Nordic Europeans to as dark as Indonesian in months. The reason you don't see many is that beauty preference in those societies is very light skin. It's a class bias beauty standard as until recently dark skin implies a person is an outdoor manual labor of the lower class. It's rare in Japan and Korea nowadays because these are post industrial economies and the only people who are super tanned are by choice against society norm.
