A rough draft to try different things in a sci-fi / cyberpunk world, need to make the tattoo on the head more visible and emit a little bit of light (was suprised there was no tattoo looking like that, at least didn't find any, so I did it myself, tattoo are on the easier part of the spectrum to make) and work more on the lights.
Once I got it all sorted out will do a few better render.
