You can try using denoiser sometimes. It's not recommended tho as the majority believes it fucks the quality but when the noise is too much, it's a great tool.

You can also use the denoiser within Daz (as shown below by rayminator), but the benefit here is that you can denoise AFTER rendering the image.

There may be something similar for AMD. I'm not sure.
