They are quite good, specially the first one. But making renders without enviroment is not that hard. Try full image and if you stay at the same quality lighting you done good job.

I find it best to use a reference when going for a certain look. There are plenty of bodybuilding ladies to use as a reference, even some pretty huge ones.
