Just starting out with DAZ, learning posing, lighting and such. Have been watching a couple of tutorials. First thing I did was creating this elven warrior girl. As you can see, she's ready to kick some orc ass.
I'm quite proud of her and how the render turned out... Just tried it four or five times. Guess I will settle for that level of quality.

It looks like a low size texture problem, but is pretty rare to find hairs with low texture so i'am not sure.
Sometimes when i can't solve some problems like yours i try to do a region render on the problem area as it'll use the full iterations exclusively in that area, atleast you'll know if it's a low iteration problem.
I'll test on my end when my render is done, never used this hair.
Edit: I've had some problems with SSS in hairs before, i'am pretty sure it's not your problem (its usually when no background and in some lights) but it doesn't kill to try turn it to 0.

I did cut the render short. Other than that I'm not sure. Honestly being a male I didn't give the model too much attention and this was the first close up render.
