Sometimes just skip fixing it in DAZ and use photoshop instead to fix the poketrough.

This explains the healing tool of gimp2 From what i can tell it works similar to the healing brush.
Same with the clone tool (something you can also use to fix this)
Not sure if there is a spot healing tool in gimp but the heal tool will get you there just as easy.
As with Daz all it needs is some practice.
