Have you checked surface settings maybe your shirt is set too reflectively or you used textures for Deforce instead of Iray. Is your headlamp on the camera off?

yes the headlamp is on but set very low of intensity..

Try turning it off and adjusting your light rigging. The headlamp makes everything look flat , it loses all shadow work and contrast.
