you should try to reduce the "cutout opacity" of the hair in the surface setting , it should remove those white lines, set it to .98

I hate when something obvious gets by me, repeatedly, for some reason. In this case the fitting of the armbands, but I'll move on rather than re-rendering. The outfit/character pairing was fun to work with.
