In an alternate universe, the rogue daughter of a famous British Admiral rebelled against her strict upbringing and the posh Empire.

After escaping to the Caribbean, her nefarious glory rose among the local pirates and buccaneers until the Empire decided to capture her by sending the British Fleet.

She wouldn’t be the daughter of an Admiral if she didn’t expect that. And thus, they sailed right into her trap.

Now she commands the ship, which name she inherited.

This was my entry for Renderosity's Nostalgia TV Contest 2021.
Inspired by the old pirate shows and movies aired from the earliest 20th century to roughly the '70s, whose Golden Age declined from the '80s onward.

Have you double checked that, your using the 'Female' pose on the G8F, & then the 'Male' pose on the G8M? Every pose set I have has G8M/G8F clearly marked for sex of character, if your only in G8 'Couples' section, try posing them from they're main section's...

These are not the A/B or M/F two part poses (those I was able to figure out. These are a single duf file (generally) showing a male and female in it for Genesis 8 actors. I believe the intent to use these involves linking the female to the male in Daz 3D, like a child to parent. I am trying to understand how to do that in Daz 3D as I have not any luck in finding anything on the internet for it. (I suspect I am not using the right terms).

Have you tried selecting both characters using the CTRL key so they both highlight, then clicking the pose?

Yes and it gives the female pose in the duf file to both.
