Are these DAZ models? Where did you find them if you dont mind me asking?
Did them, using some different assets. A total pain, to do, tho. Probably the best would be to wait for someone to import the actual model from Atom Hearth in DAZ or the one made from SUNR4YS.

Recycled one of my existing models into Supergirl and made a costume from modified random parts of other clothing and shader presets. Tried to use a leotard/bodysuit to begin with and add the symbol to her chest but couldn't get it to work.

Then I remembered she has to wear whatever I want, so made it easier on myself, and a bit more revealing of course...

If you wish to improve your renders, you might want to check out this tutorial on doing proper lighting. Lighting is key to any scene... this is fairly well done and easy to follow.

I have compared the vanilla MATs for Genesis 9 and my go-to Uber Shader settings for teeth.
Vanilla:

MAT 02

Iray Uber Shader:
Colour Variation 01 (Additional translucency map and colour injection)

Colour Variation 02 (No map, only colour injection in the translucent channel)

My baseline Settings for Uber Iray Shader (adjust accordingly for any given model and used colour maps): The foundation of these settings isn't mine. I found some good documents in the "photorealistic discussions over at the DAZ Forums and adjusted them accordingly to my liking.

Base Color: RGB 255, 255, 255 + Colour Map

Translucency Weight: 0.70
Base Color Effect: Scatter & Transmit

Translucency Color: RGB 241, 241, 253 //This is the most important part of the colouring. If you inject a map use only those you would also use for the base colour not the diluted ("translucent colour") one, often shipped with a product as well.

SSS Reflectance Tint: RGB 254, 254, 254

Glossy Layered Weight: 1.00
Glossy Color Effect: Scatter & Transmit
Glossy Reflectivity: 0.718997
Glossy Roughness: 0.20

Refraction Index: 1.631

Refraction Weight: 0.14

Normal Map: 1.00 // Depending on the scene you can dial up to 2.00 for more pronounced details in Mid or wide shots.

Transmitted Measurement Distance: 0.10

Transmitted Color: RGB 251, 249, 247

Thin-walled: OFF
SSS Mode: Mono // if you use chromatic the SSS Amount setting will be replaced by a colour injection
Scattering Measurement Distance: 0.10
SSS Amount: 0.99 // In chromatic this setting changes, use off-whites accordingly to your model.
SSS Direction: -0.35 //changing the value between -0.25 and -0.40 can help with issues through stronger lights
