Hair poke-through?
Increase/Decrease scalp/head size to fix, sometimes best done in Smooth Shaded view.
Adjust your hair head cap a little. You will have to play with it to get it right, or where you want it and artifacts go away...

I was initially pleased with how this turned out, considering how quickly I threw it together.
Didn't notice the major problem with the render until a short while ago. I'm sure you're going to notice it quicker than I did.
