I can'r get rid of that fucking stripes around the nipples, when I use this asset:

if I remember correctly this is a problem thanks to the HD details of the base model. Only character PAs have access to the Gen9 HD details, so there is a small misalignment between DAZ originals and 3rd party products. There are similar problems with the NGV9. You could look into the displacement maps or you can deactivate the HD details. Maybe that can help you.
