The head of the woman appears to be a tad large in this, so I went back and double checked the render and it is not. It's just a combination of the camera settings and she is bending forward a bit, but you can't really notice it in this. I rerendered her in the buff and she looks fine.
I created this character I named "Angela" after a real life girl I knew as a child growing up. I seen this particular asset that was almost a spitting image of her as she looks now. Ironically, when my late wife was in the hospital, she was an assistant nurse that helped look after her, which I thought was kewl, but also, it turned out that my wife was related to her, even though we grew up together in another town. Small world. This is a full render I did of her anyhow. Confirming I didn't somehow mess up her head size.
