Does anyone have any good recommendations for settings for render low end pc

There's plenty of info on the main daz forum discussing this.
It's always about the CPU and threads.
Having a low end PC does not affect the quality of a render, just the time taken to render an image. Of course, Daz soon feels like it's become unusable when your PC is struggling to cope.

Look at adding Iorbit's Game Booster & Driver Booster, empties out the RAM, giving your renders a better chance to succeed, also try turning your browser off & just using daz on it's own, with nothing else running...

Stopping for hitchhikers any more can be lethal. I think I picked up my last one somewhere around '90. Maybe even earlier than that.

How 'low end' is it? does it have an nVidia video card? You can offload some of the work from the CPU to it. Just set Daz to run with both CPU and GPU. If it is an nVidia card, depending on which one it is, it can have quite an impact on your render times.
But the best advice has already been given earlier by others. Set up your render, turn off your screensaver and any other background apps, and walk away until it's done
