The nipple shape comes standard with many models (you can look under shapes in Daz), the rest is usually aftermarket. Most of it can be found under asset sharing here.

I usually use Golden Palace for vagina, but there are other options like new gens and there are nipple grafts but I don't have much experience with them.
Might be handy to watch a few tutorials also, can make things easier than learning the hard way and many are free on youtube.
