Don't stop the render until it's done, all grain is because it's not fully rendered.

Not every time but there is a few filters in the render settings tab you can mess with..or add low ambient lighting. I suggest the stick lighting or thin panes set on like 1 or 2 with a light orange color, especially for a render like that one, to add some warmness.
