Thanks for the advice. I've been racking my brains out how to fix the lashes now. I'm good with the duf and eye textures.

As per previous picture. I have located the folders but have no notion how the lashes is missing. I installed Victoria 7 files to cover the eyes and the supposed lashes.

You may need to find the character and re-apply the head and textures to it as the lashes are part of that normally. I can see eyelashes in your screenshot, you probably just need to apply the texture to them. Click on them then apply the texture for that character. You'll often find the eyelashes in the Material's folder for a character, click the lashes, then apply the material to them.

Make certain you have all your folders in the right places, as I said. If Daz can't find 'em, than you haven't installed them in the right place. Go to your "My Documents" folder on Windows and your DAZ folder, in my case, that is "D:\Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library" but it may vary on your computer. Anything you extract for a character should go in there. When you open a zip file with a character and are manually installing them, than you want to take the contents of their "Content" folder which usually exists inside the archive, usually containing a "Runtime", "People" and "data" folder for characters, and copy those into your "My Library" folder listed above to be sure you get everything in the right place.

Oh no, the evil Christmas witch has captured Santa Claus and is holding him captive and we won't get our presents.

Evil Christmas witches are my favorite type of Domme :D

Gotta say, this project of yours is groundbreaking. Finally Daz has real, proper IK for animation!
