First off, I love your character, I absolutely love her ample curves. Not too much or too little, it's all in the right place

And Yes, making hair realistic is a whole beast in of itself in DAZ. If your looking for realism, you should go for dforce hair assets. You can simulate gravity and it should (In theory) behave more naturally in respect to the angle of your character's head. Or there are also hair assets that has more sliders for hair movement than others so you can position it manually.
Also I'd suggest fiddling with the Fit Control asset (There is one for G9 and G8F/M) to correct the puffy clothes around the breast area. A lot of clothing assets (Like that jacket) behaves weirdly around bigger boobs. Most clothes assets have predetermined positions around the body and most of them looks weird in the underboob area and in the cleavage area. With Fit control you can ''stretch'' those area and try to make them look more natural.
Also watchout for those pesky hands, they have a tendency to get away from me and clip through the body and other stuff like the right hand here on your model.
But all in all I like the way she looks, and good luck on your project my friend and happy rendering!
