Her nipples are deformed too. The gouges looks as if part of them were burned or cut away.

I'm sure they are not deformed (at least if those are the boobs form the base mesh), as G9 is trash, you need to use Subdivision 4 (maybe 3, don't remember) to make the nipples look "as they should".
