I Remade it again from scratch. Fixed hand pose, the breasts and rotate HDRI Dome.
I cant Fix the water because it was from the environment preset.
Can you show me some water Tutorial? the water wave didnt make the Tiles distorted.
I dont understand the down-sampling mean. Can you explain it to me?

Took a few attempts to get it right. Used a two point light set. One light with gobo from the top which is the main light. As a second light i used a specular light of which is increased the luminescence a little bit. The result turned out quite nice i think (feedback is always welcome of course):

Even dForce worked nice for a change. :)
