Yeah, checked once when it came out but never touched it until now. Looked at all the dials and nothing's set. Down loaded basics and manually installed and it still looks like this.

Oh well, G8 does fine for me I just have seen lots of hair and clothing assets I'd like to use and they don't work well on G8

Thanks everybody
Check the hidden properties to see if they show there, if not, save it as scene and disconnect the daz library and connect a folder with just g9 base figure load the scene and see what morphs are missing.

Never touched G9 until now. Something has to be wrong, this is what I get.

2 on left supposedly male, 2 on right supposedly female
View attachment 4503387

2 on left look female-ish, 2 on right look like some kind of alien from

Any ideas?
Trash G9, as I remember when I tried to use it, you can't mix morphs at all because you get characters like the ones in your image. Remove any character morphs applied to your model. If you are not using any character morph (just base model), you have to see in the Hidden Properties if there is a morph that was applied automatically (this shoulden't happen), I fixed this kind of issue by manually deleating the content that contain the morphs.

I have a question. I've noticed lately that the images shared by users here if you want to download them are not in *.png or some other image file format but in some I've never heard of *.avif file format. It's not something that matters to me, I'm just curious. I know I downloaded a few images, but it's been a while, and I know they were all in *.png file format. Is there a reason for that or is it just me?

Avif format is small in size(mb-kb) and very convenient for the administration to save space on servers - personally, i have to convert images online if i want to download something from the site!

Thanks for the info. I was having a similar problem. Images were downloading as .png but wouldn't open, saying the file was corrupted or unsupported format. Do you know if there's an images app which I can download and use instead of "Photos" which recognises .avif format?

Nice but you did not consider better your looping...it needs duplicating(whole sequence) then reverse it(the duplicated one) and a couple of repeating images out to get it smooth(Last and first of your duplicated-reverse sequence...)Hope you go for it and re-post it so I can enjoy your new found progress!:LUL::love:

PS.Don't get fooled by the "Newbie" on my account...I'm an old soul in here...
