Some clothing assets have fit adjustments in the parameters sliders. For assets that are going to change or move, two Daz options are

If you use Fit Control, you MUST run the "remove unused morphs" script when you're done or it will keep all options loaded and it will take days for your files to open/save etc. Mesh Grabber can be used on anything. You can drag/morph/modify any asset. I have used it to make wind-blown hair from hair that doesn't have that option. Large learning curve with MG.
