Ohhh but whenever I try to do render in the blender it just looks unrealistic like skin looks very off, any tip you can share, thank youu!!

Depends how you are importing the model, daz to blender bridge is not great, diffeomorphic is better, but I don't keep the skin set up, I just start from scratch and set it up manually, there are loads of tutorials on youtube for that sort of thing
