The first one looks definitely a bit better but she still lack something "Special" I want from an Elf. Make her stand out from Humans more, give her some Special Eye-Color Humans usually don't have (like some pink/purple or real "pale", almost Albino Color Eyes, maybe a "slightly" slit Pupil-Form), make her Body Hair (Lashes, Brows) different then typical Humans (again maybe some light or even colored Hair matching her Main Hair Color).
I see her as an ordinary Neighbor Girl getting ready for a Cosplay Event, sorry but that's my honest opinion.
She doesn't really scream "Elf" to me only because she got some Ears that fit an Elf.
If it's a fantasy Setting, use it, make her stand out some more compared to "us Humans". Maybe use a different Scene (and Pose) to show her to us...put her in some Clothes she might wear or put on some (Facial Elf) Jewelry / Decoration?
But after all, it is your Creation and your decision what to do and how she will look like at the End.
(I usually don't do this, but maybe have a look at her - the Eyes (Color/Iris-Type and Decoration beneath), Skin-tone and Hair-Color already make her stand out enough in my opinion to go as a "non Human" -
)

Well, character is already within the in-focus area, the blurry parts of her body is because of heavy-low f/stop values (simply narrowing the distance between far and near depth planes) I mostly like and prefer to use :3If you are going to use DOF to separate the foreground from the background, at least leave the entire character within the in-focus area.
I Love me some Ms. Parker. She has the right amount of attitude, skill & charisma to be a champ soon. Being incredibly thicc-fine helps though!
The only one that I love More is Jade Cargill. Neither woman is getting a fair shake by WWE, IYAMO, although Jade has a leg up because of her previous exposure in AEW.

About decoration, it's mostly tied to the story, and MC starts game after shipwreck, so no much for decoration, and her appearance will change as story progressed

You aren't wrong both women are talented AF and getting short sticked by WWE, I also can name a few more who are basically being treated in the same light such as Karrion Kross, Miles Borne, Thea Hail, Tatum Paxley, Carmelo Hayes, I also really like Nikkita Lyons but it seems as though since injury WWE have stiffed her as well, even though Triple H has had many injury comebacks and go pushed to the moon and back.
