looks great - the redesign or repositioning brings out the woman better.
but - As CJ0 had said before:
... there is still a lack of atmosphere and a little cigarette smoke.
maybe you can do something with this(?):

but also some good one.

I tried some PS-brushes for smoke on your picture (only as layer with different opacity)
I hope you're not upset that I tried this on your picture, but it has such a lovely vibe.
Unfortunately there is no drain cover where haze could still rise.

a bit more smoke brush (right in front and a bit for the lady)
THIS IS NOT MY 3D ArtWork - I just painted hastly some smoke on it with a "smoke brush".

Last month I lost my hard drive to a power surge and lost my entire library of hundreds of gigs worth of assets including all my custom content. The past couple of days I decided I was ready to get over it and start again and after a lot of asset gathering I've finally put together a render after what feels like ages

I've been playing A LOT of Neon Abyss recentely and decided to render a version (a lewd version ofc) of my favorite character, Saya. Nothing too fancy, just a HDRI and the character, but took me a good amount of time messing with props, posing, light, textures...
