looks great - the redesign or repositioning brings out the woman better.

but - As CJ0 had said before:

Thanks! There is not enough a dynamics in the picture... A little rain or/and smoke would be nice in there somewhere.

... there is still a lack of atmosphere and a little cigarette smoke.

maybe you can do something with this(?):

for the cigarette smoke, the most things I've found are brushes for Photoshop,
but also some good one.

I tried some PS-brushes for smoke on your picture (only as layer with different opacity)
I hope you're not upset that I tried this on your picture, but it has such a lovely vibe.
Unfortunately there is no drain cover where haze could still rise.
