You have to admit, being late to a preorder/hearing about a game itself late and not being able to access content that is showcased in a demo is pretty shit advertising. It kind of reminds me of those monthly merch crates things that were popular for a few years...
I'll be honest .. when I saw Ryu's demo (the legal one) ... the quality is still very high, and the mystery still seems interesting regardless of the very aggressive comments about the scarcity of sex scenes. I have decided that I will support the game, if only because there are excellent prerequisites for a product by this person who wants to distinguish himself from the usual "not only porn", and can only improve if he really intends to enter the videogame market in a more incisive way than games LGBT ridiculous like those of Nutaku.
the window where you need to enter the key and the email overlap the start button and you can't press or move this window
oh, i'm dummy but i got it how to press start, but there another funny thing appears later when u trying to start the game

This was not the behavior I saw in the downloaded version 1.7.8. I just saw the author updated the version to 1.7.8b to add more "checks". Is that perhaps the version you were using?
Anyway, I'll have to take another look at some point. 1.7.8 should still work in the meantime.

Same happens to me. I tried loading or skipping the intro but still appears the same message.
I'm playing 1.7.8b version, by the way.

Yes, version 1.7.8b introduces new checks. It also requests and shares your IP address. Do what you want with this information.
Since this patch doesn't introduce anything meaningful (like new content), I'll skip it until the new version comes out in December or whenever.
The last version that included new content was 1.7.7. The CDKey verification system has been disabled, so it is no longer possible to register the game with the keys. However, you can do this:

It should be less surprising now why the author of the game *warns* other people not to share their savegames (for "security reasons"). This way you could easily bypass their "protection".
I no longer have a copy of 1.7.7 and it seems that you can no longer download it from itch.io. Maybe someone else still has it.
Final note on this topic: All these petty anti-piracy efforts are nothing but a joke. This time could have been better spent on improving the game or adding new content. Not one, but two "anti-piracy" releases show where this author's priority lies: trying to make sure their system of milking their patrons still work.

- Run the game once if you've never launched it before. Exit once you are in the CD Key check screen.

Well, Demo which does not represent the final product is called "False Advertisement" (it's illegal - against consumer law if you so incline
)Exclusive content that's part of the main game being cut and locked behind a pre-order paywall from day one, withing a fully priced game, is also a very scammy practice.
Both are very shady business practices no matter what the end product turns out to be, and how those who wanna defend it.
Edit: And now he even tries to collect user's IP address without notice, when you think things couldn't get worse.

The more and more he updates the game and does all this stupid shit really confuses me, First off, just use a VPN. To then put up a screen that says unauthorized distribute or reproduction is illegal..? Technically in this case it is a legal copy of the game through itch.io, it's just being bypassed so I don't know what he's even thinking with putting that warning ; just to scare people I guess.

Any tampering with files or work around in a game usually is covered by an anti-cheat system, this is completely unrelated to copyright infringement. This is/isn't an illegal act, and is usually what causes account bans or IP-bans I think Ryu lives in China which is obvious by his language, and I really don't think China would give a shit about his game if they're banning gaming during the week for kids? He realistically in this case can't get anybody in trouble. This developer is extremely childish to actually care this much on protecting the game, he should worry more about development and literally not give a shit about this stuff it's just too much effort for him. He can't do anything further to prevent it so now he puts up fake scares, almost like a virus.
Even sharing old versions of the game is legal, because it's still his files from itch.io that he shared publicly.

Pretty much yes, regardless of context this is what Patreon says.
To summarize: We take a strong stance against doxing, which is sharing an individual’s private information or aggregating their public information for the purpose of intimidating them through harassment.
He's also mindlessly scaring people by putting up that infringement warning in the game.
