This fame is nothing sort of a masterpiece, and I want to thank the author for it.

I don't know how the previous versions were, or what scenes are missing now, but for the most part and for what I've been able to read and experience so far, I'm really glad that the dev took the decissions he did, so he could focus in the story HE wanted to deliver, which is nothing sort of amazing.

I'm almost in a cloud now. It is like if Eternum, Now&Then and Desert Stalker had a baby together. The HS2 and storytelling of the first, with the setting of the second, and a bit of the drama and the taboos of the third one. A dream made true.

If anything, I have to say that I'm really sad about this being the finish line for this incredible game. After watching the two different endings, I'm sure there are still a lot of stories that could have been told in this game. But I'd gladly accept what I've been given. More than gladly.

The first half of the game is really super good. It is one of a few games on this site that I actually enjoyed reading at first. But the second part was a big letdown to me.

I think the slow-burn corruption was very well done. And sex scenes are really hot, and there are a lot of them. The author uses zombie apocalypse to motivate incest, and I actually believed that. I can imagine ppl being sexual unsatisfied during the pandemic like this and doing amoral stuff. Tho, to be honest, I thought there was something more behind this

Story-wise, although it is unbelievable that MC and his family live so well during the zombie apocalypse, the game was pretty self-conscious of its flaws. The characters were kinda charismatic and well-written (for a porn game, that is)

The second part of the game was super disappointing because something bad just happened to the story and sex scenes. Story started dragging a lot. The author has made so many interesting set-ups that hooked me up in 1st part, but they never pay off later. Like that secret farm where MC's mom goes, which turns out to be nothing.

As the story progresses, the MC fell into the standard pitfall for such games when he is a "good guy", but he undeniably, sexually abuses his family/females. On top of that, you get an extremely weird story of the "choosen one", which I didn't fully understand. As a result, MC seem super cringe to me.

Sex scenes also got weird because the developer postponed sex too much. There are way too many scenes with masturbation where females get no action. It seems very akward when the game tries to convince me that the girls go crazy jerking off to MC or being naked around him. He does even make them cum for like 4/5 of the game.

Unfortunately, I really could not bring myself to finish the story. I skipped the last tiny bit of the game. The first part was very, very promising. It is a shame the developer couldn't finish the game how he intended.

The game has a promising start with a somewhat logical slow-burn zombie story, but about halfway through it becomes extremely rushed. It feels like the dev gave up at some point due to the poor reception and just wanted to wrap things up by any means possible.

Pros:

* Slow-burn beginning that develops the characters
* Actual incest story that doesn’t rely on fan-made patches
* Good sex scenes (they improve over time)
* The dev actually finished the story instead of abandoning it, which is quite rare

Neutral:

* Models are decent for a honey select game, but nothing extraordinary

Cons:

* MC’s inner thoughts are extremely awkward (I don’t like using the word 'cringe', but that’s exactly what they are)
* MC spends half the game being a pussy; I like when characters develop, but here it just takes too long
* That sex scene — you can’t take it seriously because of how absurd the situation is
* Even though it’s technically “finished,” both endings feel open and unresolved — you don’t really know how the story ends.

Final Score: 3/5
If the ending hadn’t been so rushed, this could have easily been a 4 or even a 5. But as it stands, it falls short of its potential.

Usually I'm not a fan of Honey Select games. Most of them are pretty boring, generic and have no sound effects.
This game is one of the rare exceptions, even though it's not one of the best.
It definitely a 8/10 game for me.
Positive

• The story is pretty long and interesting enough for a zombie apocalypse plot
• The game is unapologetic an incest game without even trying to hide it, which is bold and rare nowadays.
• Female characters are hot (but it's pretty standard for a Honey Select game)
• Well made sound effects
• Well made sound effects in sex scenes

Negative

• Most part of animations are 2 looped frames
• No variety of girls. I wish you could at least do something with rescued girl
• The corruption progress is a bit too slow, which basically slowed down the story
• The story is unfinished and lack details around other survivors, I wish it would elaborate more on it

I love the story, the characters and the H-scenes, almost everything is top tier but the netorare part sucks because even if you decide not to watch it is still implied in the dialogue that whatever that has happened in those scenes has already happened in past as a fact, the choice is just if you want watch that scene or skip it, so the NTR really isn't optional because the character has done it either way, it would've cool if the choice was played out like we see her memories and decide there if we join them in their shenanigans if we decide in the first scene itself that we don't want to anything with them then there would no more scenes like those and the choice actually means something because we decided that the character doesn't participate in anything NTR'ish, other than that I loved the whole story especially the chemistry between juliet and the mc, even the H-scenes with elis are very good, would've easy 5/5 for me if not for the poor implementation of NTR scenes.

I played this game a while back and it appeared on my page again with the full release.
After about 10 minutes I was so confused. Did I download the wrong game? Did I mix up the old game and this one? No, it is actually the same game, just some months older and a lot worse.
The characters look like Barbie dolls, without any emotion or anything. Also the Zombie sex stuff was apparently completely removed? Wtf!
This game had so much potential, but now it's just a person's attempt at writing a incest story in a zombie world and failing with that.

A magnificent game where eroticism builds through a well-crafted and calmly linear plot. Congratulations to the creator for this tremendous gift, and we're waiting, if this one's already finished, for another beautiful one. Thank you very much and congratulations.

The greatest incest game of all time, an absolute masterpiece. The corruption and the slow burn is flawless, and the payoff is incredible, we need more games like this. Thank god the developer managed to come back and finish the game, it was completely worth the wait!

DeadMoon has the most profound and moving emotional portrayal I've ever seen. I love this piece deeply, considering it one of the rare gems among the countless AVNs I've played. It deserves every bit of it.

I like the premise and the writing is good, and the mom is extremely attractive, but my god the inner monologues from the MC. I want to rip my eyes out sometimes at his thoughts, they aren't logical. The haircut is generic anime protagonist number 4 style hair, and it doesn't fit a zombie apocalypse at all, that being said, I do like the story well enough and the slow burn isn't as much of a problem for me as it is for others, but I do think the author failed to have an engaging and relatable MC for the story, you have to power through his stupidity to enjoy the game.

Stop. Making. Dumb. MC's. Unless it's a choice-driven novel that you can roleplay as an idiot, it sours the experience if I just want to act like a normal human being.

This game would be much higher without the MC's thoughts, but I can't rate it below a 3 from a story and visual perspective, so I think that's fair, above average game graphically and narratively, with a terrible MC that drags it down.

A 10/10 game recommendation to those who want a AVN with a rich storyline that takes place during a zombie apocalypse. I usually don't post reviews for uncompleted games, but this AVN was a hidden gem. Just extremely sad of the fact that the developer has some personal issues that led to him being MIA, and unable to bring out the full potential of this novel. Hopeful that the Co-Creator who is active can continue pick up this series, or the creator chooses to continue onwards.

Gameplay : Good amount of choices do not matter really at all, except a couple to determine if you will pursue a path with a certain character(s) such as NTR, or I guess gaining for favor/trust points for the MC and whoever else.

Story : This storyline isn't unheard of, typical zombie apocalypse themed AVN, but somehow everything blends together well. Nothing feels artificial because you can feel the connection between you as the reader, to the AVN, but the characters in the AVN with each other as well. There is emotions that you can feel when playing this AVN whether it is sadness, dread, or even joy from funny scenes. The only issue I have is how abruptly the story progresses at a certain point, where it feels like 1/3 of the content was just glazed over. But I can't blame the creator or co-creater of this AVN because of personal issues happening in their lives.

You are an MC who is initially someone who is seen as weak and filled with insecurities that weight down your self-worth. Each day passing, are hunted by this nightmare of your father's passing, and memories of the a mix blend of the past and future. As you progress through the story, a mixture of events lead you to grow out of your shell that you created to hide your fears and insecurities. Later, you are bit during one of your missions, and find out that you are immune to the virus, and has some connected to a deity in the stars somewhere. This deity and you have some form of connection, and you have a purpose to fulfill. Further along the story, you start to develop a romantic relationship between you family members, and vice verca.

I won't mention the preview, spoiler, or fake "ending" whatever is called in the 0.91 update, because it doesn't feel like it right. Like I mentioned before, there is a huge hole in the story that happens right before the end of v0.8 context, where you are trapped inside a house. Personally, I feel that the progression of the true in-line context stops there, and the stuff after are just pieces of the planned AVN slapped on there, which I am pretty sure the CO-creator mentioned somewhere. Therefore, I would just like to imagine what happens later on, because most AVN especially like these always end up with a happy ending.


Visuals : Very good visuals with great lighting, details of the environment + characters, and overall great renders. The characters don't feel too artificial or bland, having great complexion all around.

Scenes : Scenes are pretty great, with a lot of animations in every single scene. Great visuals help the scenes shine even more, though there is isn't any voiced audio, there are tons of sound effects.

Customer Support : N/A

Overall, a great game that is worth the try, and the story has a huge hidden potential, but unfortunately didn't get to the right audience at the right time. The story is simple but something unique, where it takes your mind off the time. Though at the end or considered a spoiler, the game falls really short because of it feels incomplete. Everything is suddenly cut short abruptly, without the ending, and a hole in the story that is skipped much further ahead. That part is pretty much a bummer because like I said, the spoiler or fake end falls short. I really hope the dev can come back and continue working on the game as usual. Shame another AMAZING AVN semi-abandoned just like that.

It's clear the story could've gotten much bigger and more expansive, and it's a shame that it seems like that's not going to happen.

Somehow there's always a few underappreciated gems like this floating around that just don't really get the attention they deserve.

Personally I haven't seen and don't care for the deleted scenes some people seem to have gotten upset about. I think it's clear the main focus of the game is the romance between the three main characters in a dystopic world.

I really wish Hot Tomato would come back & continue it, but I can understand how frustrating it must be to pour your love and effort into something a lot of people dismiss out of hand without really playing.

I played this game for a post-apocalyptic incest polyromance and boy that's exactly what I got. Some of the hottest lesbian scenes I've seen and a very very hot buildup.

I hope that it'll get some satisfying resolution even if the full story seems unlikely to ever be realized.

This is a true hidden gem. Someone on this project needs to do a little ground level marketing to get some awareness of the game to its target audience, because for its target audience, I can't imagine they'll find any better.

It's not just the pace of the romance that's slow it's the whole things thats incredibly dull. The game is supposed to end on 1.0 yet they don't even meet other survivors until 0.9? Literally nothing happens in this game for 0.7 updates. We learn nothing about what happened to MC, learn nothing about whatever mystical powers are protecting him, learn nothing about other survivors, learn nothing about why things are still preserved years later, learning nothing about why the zombies are evolving it's just blueballs milk milk shit.

I'm fine with slow playing the incest I've always felt that way is better because even in a post apocalypse that shit wouldn't go to the wayside incest is kind of like canabalism it's in our DNA to find it abhorrent across cultures but you at least need an interesting story to keep people engaged while you build it up and they didn't.

So much potential squandered.

This has been the most amazing and hot game I've played. The mother and sister characters are stunning, the story is fantastic. And I simply couldn't stop playing because I wanted to know what could happen to this characters, I read the message in the latest chapter and I truly wish HotTomato returns to complete his masterpiece

I'm going to rate the game until the end of the content of version 0.8 , it means before Co-developer Ruykuri appeared delivering a sad speech.

-Story: I'm conflicted because the game gets really good after the first 3/4 of the game, sadly before that, it feels that the whole zombie apocalypse plot is nothing but an excuse to make the incestuous relationship flourish and that annoyed me a bit cause I love zombie games.

-Characters: They're ok, Elisabeth was the best IMO. Juliet is a bit insuferable and the MC is fine I suppose (a bit of an anime cliche dude though). Their models are kinda ugly, but you get used to them pretty fast, and It's NOT because of the engine.

-Render/Animations: They're fine.

-Music/Sounds: Great tunes and sounds.

-Other thoughts: I think the developer wanted to make a "slow-burn" in the wrong setup. It's sad that when the story was finally taking off, finally getting really interesting it was put on hold. Also, it's kinda sad that the hottest scenes are the mom's affair ones, they were great though. By the way, I really dislike in an AVN when I have to make a choice for any other character different than the MC, I mean ...if the mom was supposed to be a slut in the past so be it, dude, we can't change the past come on..

Overall the game was pretty good despite its issues. I hope that someday we get to see how this story ends. I'd say this game is an 8/10, worth checking out.

This is a mixed bag for me.
The biggest strength imo is the incest plotline. Good build up, decent amount of teasing to cook the sexual tension and fairly reasonable premise.
The post apocalyptic narrative though is just average overall. Could definitely be written better and take center stage. I feel like the incest story tends to smother the zombie plotline(which i assume is the main plot) too much.
The writing in essence is like an edgy anime & drama which i'm not a fan of. Now & then, another zombie VN is the opposite with mature writing & grounded narrative.

Now the characters, the mom and sister i think is written fine. Nothing exceptional, feels cookie cutter but fits within the context of the setting. The main protagonist though is unlikeable. Its the edgy teen who's ignorant about the reality they are in and thinks of themselves as a hero. Hate those kinda MCs, just so annoying overall. The only reason he ain't dead is due to plot armor. Of course this is a coming of age story for the MC but it falls flat and he still ends up being immature. Half the time i'm screaming at the MC; 'shut the fuck up you moron, you know nothing Jon Snow'. If you guys played NTR games, this MC is the kind of loser you're NTR'ing. He is the perfect MC for NTR games who gets cucked, if he loses plot armor. Now i don't hate weak protagonist, i've seen a few well written ones. I hate weak protagonist that are morons and are delusional with a hero complex but get carried anyway by plot armor.

As for the lewd scenes, i think its done well. Good choreography and sufficient scenes. Am not a fan of HS2 kinda gfx but i give credit where its due.

Imo, this VN would be significantly better with a different type of MC and pushing the post apocalyptic storyline more into the foreground.

This 9.0 update was the worst to me by far.
But would explain what years of teasing do to a boy he becomes a total Psycho. The writers watched far to much Manga cuz no one here in
reality-land behaves like the MC & his Fam, his Friends.

The dev's can't decide what they want a, sports car or a Humvee
consequentially endup with a mess that can't satisfy both audiences.

If you like endless teasing & Japanese Manga behavior you gonna
love it, me despite the "Family" content hates it, no relatable storytelling
or believable characters they all suffer from Bipolar disorder IMO.

Some parts are nicely written & the renders are good for the most part that's
why i can't give it more than 2 Stars.

Also at some point it became a spaghetti code, constantly producing error codes & messing up the saves. Ciao.
