You can download Ren'Py 8.4.1 Plugin 1.00.10. I tried it and it works like a charm.

I'm afraid I don't follow. The main developer returned from a hiatus after no one had any hope left and then completed his game with some shorter endings at least, because he doesn't have the time to go through with his original long vision. What's your question again??
Should have made 2 ending one NTR & another family happy ending.

Finally we come to the story end, thank you for tomato bringing the story to us for these years, hope you will have a well rest and maybe we could have the chance to see your new work in the future.
Although I cannot say that I am a little disappointed about this final update, that elisabeth be the one who take mc's cherry, I just thought juliet is the one who do it, and there are two sex scene for mom-son but only one for bro-sis, not to say the pregnancy only to elisabeth but not juliet herself too, it is so unfair that the mother seems to under the spot light for the whole update.

There isn't any. Mom has flashbacks of sex with someone else. Mom and Sis fool around a couple of times. Some dorks might call that NTR, but it really isn't.
Some people ask why there are people who have a bad attitude towards anime. The answer is the game itself, the disgusting plot, which makes it simply disgusting to play, because the game has everything for a normal rating, but the plot ruins everything, if this crap can even be called a plot.
And the most important question for me is how can you come up with such crap from a zombie apocalypse in terms of plot?
