I think someone said they won't post the game here until it's properly finished because the past projects ended up being abandoned.

I mean, they could easily post it, after all MANZY projects end up abandoned. Either way, you can put a request in that section of the forum for it to get its own thread. They may reject it, but you can request it. Note to follow the rules for posting a thread and check if there already is one there first.
