Never had issue with it..
Unless you choose some different start.. but there will be always some NPCs also in slave start..

Literally a blank new file as I always make a new one for every version, and I just chose sandbox start and literally no NPCs were anywhere, it was so weird. I even passed a few days and still nothing.

I just made another new file and it worked fine. So strange!

In practical terms? You chat up / date / fuck one particular NPC until they like you enough to agree to start an exclusive relationship with you.

Unfortunately, you're living in a hentai city. There are more rapes in any given month than there are citizens, to the point that not only do the police explicitly ignore reports of rape, they're notorious rapists themselves. Unless you've got a very particular playstyle that doesn't involve being outside or interacting with most NPCs (ie: if you become Olena's live-in sissy maid and spend every waking hour cleaning her house), it's very difficult to avoid getting raped by someone over the course of any given week, plausibly in public.

Despite the omnipresent power of the hentai force ensuring that avoiding rape is more about luck than skill, NPCs will still consider any sexual contact with other NPCs to be 'cheating'. Every time you get raped, there's a chance that it gets back to your partner; this is presumably more likely for when you get publicly gangraped as opposed to privately raped in a bathroom or something. Once they find out, they'll break up with you, kick you out of their place, and proceed to hold a grudge against you.

Effectively, this puts the player character in the role of the NTR plot girlfriend (even if they're male and dating a female); you go out and get raped by the Ugly Bastard, and then your partner finds out and dumps you for your statistically-unavoidable infidelity. To opt out of this, don't offer or agree to start a relationship with anyone ever.

As a sidenote, the NTR isn't entirely one-sided; certain slutty NPCs (anyone you can hook up with at an establishment that's open at night) will cheat on you on their own, and you might even be able to catch them in the act. This doesn't stop them from breaking up with you if they find out you've been unfaithful, though.

tldr; the NTR system is a garbage implementation of real-world sexual ethics in a city that runs on hentai-logic, and it's so bad that you should just avoid relationships entirely.

There're many place to explore..
Most NPCs "going around" for the city unless they're Shopkeepers..
Is a Sandbox, so you're free to start just the contents you could like..

i feel like... it is so repetitive. There is a main story ? it's not that clear. People don't react as much, the world is... dead. Factions don't engage against one another. We don't see much stuff hapening. There is no crime going on. Drugs... we can find a lot of them, but no form of becoming a drug dealer.
It's funny how poor people say they are, but there is no high criminal activity, if is so hard to acquire basic things or even a formal job, should have a lot of creative ways of acquiring the means of survival.

North Street
Construction worker
Working at the restaurant
Working at the cafè
Working as masseur/masseuse at the Hair Salon

West Street
Join as spy in Isara (need to gain Rebecca/Reban trust first)
You can work for the brothel (Jan/Jania)
You can join Synapse group through the audictions..
You can work for Vivian at the Bank, then Caspian..
You can become a pornstar in Synapse Media.. (up to 3 movies)

You can work for Olen/Olena at 5 East Street..
You can work for Morgan at 6 East Street..

You can fight in the Arena to gain silvers, isn't considered a formal job, but it actually pays you..
To survive you can still just lockpick places at night or the bar.. You can also sell some stuffs in West Slums..
There you can also work as Prostitute, but is Ronda's land, so be prepared..

To see the faction fight, need to join one..

You can become a Drug Dealer for the Gym or let Rebecca/Reban cover the role..

Finding your identity is the main quest..

Yes, can be repetive, expecially if you attempt to gain their trust talking to them..

How to reduce Holger submission? Leashed is a great place to crash but at 100 you can't leave so how do I decrease it by at least 1%?

Acting as a brat instead of submit?

I'm having my character defy him at every turn but it fails and increases submission instead (success chance is also like 1%). Or it succeeds and doesn't do anything.

Also how to trigger Holger petplay content? My character does 0 eager actions and I got none. Are Eager actions mandatory for them?

Also, are there watersports actions during generic xxx scenes with random NPCs? You know, the ones triggered by flirting.

You can use the cheats to set submission lower than 100%..
Never went that deep in relationship with him to know something that could works otherwise..

Those aren't generic xxx scenes with random NPCs. Those are specific event scenes.

Rax would write when those can happening in normal hook up..

Yes, auditions just leading you to the work as customer service in the electronics store..
Synapse Media is limited to 3 movies from start.. don't think Rax will change that soon..

Playing with gender customization can lead to odds results, but until you just complain (over a thread that the Dev don't consider) without a save will be almost impossible and totally a waste of time trying to get the same result, then report the bug where Rax can atleast take a look at it..

[EDIT]: I created a new character and now it somehow, works.

I'm confused.
After going into the save menu (or any menu) the lower part (where you make click to go places),
seems empty - so I can't do anything anymore.
I'm sure I must be missing something, because i can't find anyone else mentioning it.

1: Create a new character.
2: Use the URLs in the lower part of the frame to navigate around town.
Observe: Player can move around as seemingly intended.

3: Click the "Save Icon" in the menu.
Observe: This brings up a save menu.

4: Click the triangle "Play button" to go back to the game.
Observe: The lower bar is now empty (no URL links to click) - so no more inputs can be made.

(What am I missing?!)
