Enourmous seems to be the legit limit for male MC, dunno why.. anyway NPCs don't feel pain from having sex with a big cock..
Don't think Female NPCs will change their tighness over time..
Try just using an hormone to make it more loosened to get rid of the undefined state..
You can edit their appearance at start, in the gender section.. (or in a save file, just keep the format while doing that and using coded descriptions..)
No way to create an NPC from nothing, unless you knowing coding that much to understand the way Rax is coding and modify the HTML file..

I hope in the future then a pain mechanic gets added would be a lot more realistic surely
Females are not auto able to take on bigger sizes takes them time to get use to all that
Disappointed its not a mechanioc already BUT ahh well for what we have is still pertty awesome
IF we really lucky maybe a pregnancy mechanic will get added

Is there a specific drug i need or thats all its called and where would i get it from?

Those are all the hormones you can get while helping the researchers while doing the job as Spy in Isara..I hope in the future then a pain mechanic gets added would be a lot more realistic surely

There is a pill for almost everything, but there isnt one to turn average body to athletic or muscular or vice versa.
It seems impossible to do that normally in game or does the gym help? I dont think lifting and fighting skills helps though.
you have to click on the chest icon to open the inventory but you can only change clothes in specific places(changing rooms, bedrooms)

Otherwise you can alter any of the NPCs at start in the section gender selection..
You can explore it while in relationship with an NPC having it as fetish..
Not that big thing.. you can find them at various locations (gym/nightclub/bar/bank) while having sex or cheat on them..
