Just started playing this game. I've been having fun with it these past few days. One thing I find particularly amusing is the Electronics Store customer service job, which is essentially to be a whipping boy for dissatisfied customers who won't get their money back or a replacement for shoddy merchandise. Having worked in customer service in the past, it's kind of symbolic of what the job actually entails. 
Also I've only seen the bar scenes but in those if you're the one cheated on the game never even actually acknowledges it if like if you forgot the npcs name you'd never even know you were being cheated on. It also feels weird that the game has an explicit NTR toggle and have stuff like for example letting you become lovers with Olen\Olena but not acknowledge it at all in the scene where they have sex with some thugs.
Been a while since I played this game. Two questions:
1. Changelog mentions a pink chastity without key. How do I acquire that? Sex shop only has the one with key as far as I can tell.
2. The option to clean individual rooms while working for Olena doesn't show up. I get the option to clean whole floors but it's grayed out due to low service skill and so I just get punished every day. Is it broken or am I missing something?

1. Rax clearly forgot to add it in shop.. but pink chastity cage (triggers feminization fetish) "with key" version can be freely removed (always from changelog)
2. If you wanna clean the room one by one you need to go inside the room one by one.. the options will be in the usual part of the game..
What I'm saying is the option to do so simply does not appear. There is no button to clean the room.

You're playing on phone or a bigger device?
When those missing is because you're in a cleaned room and need to move to another..
Need to take practice with the map..

Then it's a bug, gotcha.
I have played the maid content before and was able to clean rooms/progress with Olena back then. Now those buttons do not appear in any of the rooms and yet Olena still punishes me as if I didn't do any cleaning.
Whatever combination of things I did that you didn't do resulted in things being broken on my end.

No, isn't a bug..
Try to move to another room..
When you are in a cleaned room those disappearing by purpose, to avoid to make you lose time cleaning again it..
I mean this in the nicest way I possibly can: Work on your English language comprehension.
I don't know how to make this more clear than saying I have played the maid content in previous updates. I know how her content is supposed to work. During the run in question, the options to clean the various rooms did not appear and the rooms of the map did not have the tint of green on them. I asked the question here to know if there was some new trigger or something I was supposed to do that I was missing.
After concluding it was a bug, I cleared my save data and started a new run and now it works properly.

Then isn't a real bug.. just a filled cache issue..
You can easy avoid that giving more space to your browser storage, isn't a bug of the game, just a common issue of the HTML games as tied to browsers..
Also using a different browser just for the games, from the one you using usually, will works..

How much content is there for a dominant playthrough? From wiki it seems that its not possible to own slaves, is that true?
Don't bother atm, the game only really caters to submissive playthroughs (If that). Check in about 3 years when the dev is done adding new system mechanics and starts focusing on the quests/unique npcs.
On top of that it seems like the "submissive" npcs forget about your dominant acts and act dominant during sex

You can submit almost all the NPCs.. the ones involved in some quest will always act anyway as coded during those..

You can play as Dom/Domme..
Build their trust then order to undress..
Build a dungeon or use one of the available ones and lock NPCs there until you got enough..
You just need a bit of positive status to avoid at all the gang..
If you're able to descalate encounter or fight with gangs you gain status with Ronda & Town..

Is a Sandbox, you can act as you like..
Some actions will lead to changes in your status, having a really bad status will bring to bad situations..
