Not yet, but we'll have been finishing content for characters for a while, while preparing a big update before we focus a lot in polishing the current features the game has

Just noticed the tags in the Menu. Do they do anything? Played around with them for a while, but don't notice any difference. Like the Sub/dom ones turned on or off. Seems that's more coded in the dating or corruption choices made in game, instead of any switch.

I'll note this is an old reply from 2017, but the question was pretty much the same as yours and it seems the development is still in line with this answer:

Some of them do, yes. The futa tag disable the creation of generic NPCs and some scenes, incest and public use also are being in use already, although not that much. Public use its muddy water, things that may enter into the realm of "cucking" is enabled or disabled in public use (scenes like orgies where your followeres are involved i.e.)

It only changes a few scenes here and there, but they are in effect.

Reasonable should only apply to what is consentual or non-consentual, when it comes to fetishism. *Anything* consentual (of age as well, obviously, to give consent) is reasonable, elsewise not.

Why do you not like the futas? Is it because a girl could have a bigger PP or being able to please others in a few more ways then normal or could it be that they have a pp in the first place.?
