The game has been pretty much broken for years and rather than solidifying the code base they just kept haphazardly gluing more and more broken/unfinished content to the point that they could cancel development at anytime if not for the fact they can keep milking money out of people.
To be fair, there are plenty examples of where creators go balls deep into refactoring and fixing the game and then never manage to pull themselves out of that hole. Better something at least than nothing at all

Combat is broken
Every action relies on RNG, not on skill
You can miss multiple times in a row even at maxed out stats
And worst of all: Hard Slap's so called "stun on critical" does nothing and the enemy will still continue to act as if nothing had happened

God the combat sucks. The only good part about this is the interactions with the NPCs and somewhat the management stuff even though that stuff is broken

Yeah being updated but no public releases Miss when people did one release for patreons then last update went public now its like "well how about we do 5 for Patreons and just forget to do public... Maybe 8th time will be the charm...

It's been a long time since I saw this game being updated, but it still the same broken, bugged and empty game I remember. Recommend Master of Raana for a similar gameplay if someone is interested in this.

I remember years ago there being an option in the masturbation menu called "Hotdog random citizen" and it still doesn't work. Or is there some arbitrary requirement that I need to fulfill before I can click on that option?

Tell me about it. I've seen bigger games pop up and finish development faster than this.
Honestly the content that would really make me want to return to this would be further development of some of the earlier characters. I'm not privy to the full design intentions but much of the work seems to go into adding more areas and more characters, whereas I'd honestly prefer almost all of that to be focussed on the original cast. Particularly Helena, for me, personally.
