Returning to this game and it got tons buggier as time went on. Skipping doesn't work, relationships get reduced on reloading saves, etc. Real shame because the premise isn't terrible at all.
Hyena females do not have true penises, they have enlarged clitorises that look similar, even larger, than hyena penises, as well as a false scrotum. They are pseudo-penises.
I can't imagine how much that shit hurts giving birth, though.
Also, it was once thought that hyenas were a male-only species that reproduced homosexually.
I dont know if you can disable it, but im sure you can avoid a lot of the m/m.
I'm not sure, your best bet for avoiding most* mxm content would to be as the girl (Claire I think? Don't know for sure). For Paul, I don't know.
*I haven't played the game since it was 5.X, I don't know what's been added/removed/changed.
Does anybody know how to access the Love Hotel? It says it's available for Claire under certain conditions
