very unlikely most games have to first be picked up by publishers like 072 project or kaguragames as long as it isnt,
the chances are 0% because of Japanese law any content of this nature created in japan must be censored thats why publishers outside japan have to get in on it, or if its fan decensored here iv seen threads where fans do it.
