How to use the squat boi? It always say impossible to use

You've got to go into your actual inventory and select it. You can't use the keyboard hotkey or select it on the first submenu for the first time. I did the same thing thinking you could only open it in certain areas or something. You can open it anywhere, just have to go through the inventory window the first time.

The underwear is new it droped in the recent update as for pregnant state in order to take a glimpse you have to download MV cheat . And something new i found out is that when Kira will become pregnant in future updates her boobs will get saggy which makes sense after pregnancy
