You're saying it's not a scam because they can stop at any time and they're not being forced. Scams, by their very foundation, are predicated on the victims being deceived into not thinking they're victims and willingly going along with it.


There literally is an auto-flag. That's just an objective fact, it's directly confirmed to exist by the moderators themselves. Also the flag on this game was explicitly stated to have been placed by inactivity, not reports.


That's objectively not true. Firstly, he had a period of radio silence, so that disqualifies the claim of "regular updates", secondly go look at the rules for the flag itself. How could there be a qualifier for dev inactivity on this site if you need dev activity to place the flag?



I didn't say there's no new content, I said 14 months ago he stole 15 months of crowdfunding under the false pretense of making a completely fictional update that he never worked on to begin with, and that he's drip-feeding micro-updates to game the Abandoned flag rules. These are both true statements.

And I'll call a scam a scam if I please, I truly don't care how hard you try to defend a dude who's repeatedly been caught lying and trying to gaslight people. If even one person changes their mind about wasting their money on vaporware then that's good enough for me, as I said.

Second, you might have some mild amnesia. People literally decided to message the mods to get an abandoned tag. And when it happened Mulan quickly came and had it taken off. Again, because HE WAS STILL FUCKING ACTIVE. Also regular progress reports were posted about each month or so even at that time. I think the longest we went without a developement update was two months. Y'all just cried because there were no major content updates and when there was an update, you just felt that it wasn't enough. And that's why everyone started to shit themselves and wanted an abandoned tag. Also the game is free, so who tf cares.
And lastly, let the people on patreon do what they want. Calling them stupid isn't making a point. No one's getting decived here. They get exactly what they're paying for. The ability to influence developement and insite into the developement.

Literally non of these contidions were met back then lol. The Patreon was still active and there was no 18 month gap between updates. And he obviously never said that it was abandoned. So there wasn't really a need to post a new update. The game shouldn't have been flagged to start with.

also - you’re right, my memory might not be that great because I don’t remember talking to you. To me, you’re the newest iteration of another random displeased player. There were plenty of “you” over the years, and all of them eventually grew up and moved on with their lives.

I wonder how the thread was flagged if manual flagging wasn't eligible, it's almost as if we have an automated system with different rules that flagged it instead and this Abandoned report spam narrative is completely fabricated and even the posts at the time of this even happening can corroborate this if you knew how the search function worked (You'd even see me there, directly telling Mulan about the system and how it works, which he acknowledged and is now vehemently denying because it's a bad optic for his fake narrative).

To throw you a bone, the auto-flag is 3 months of inactivity and/or 6 months of no update uploads on this site, which Mulan failed to uphold on both ends.

And do you seriously think F95 checks every goddamn patreon and other sites and the creators socials to "automatically" set a game as abandoned if they don't post for 3 months? There is no automated flag.
Also we still recieved updates from mulan throuout the gap. And you can't blame someone for not putting together a nice progress report when he's in a fucking warzone.

Decided to give this game a shot b/c art style looked interesting. After the intro scene I wandered around the city a bit, ended up in a gym, then got sucked into a painfully unfunny conversation between a bunch of lockers that would not fucking end. After a full minute of that I closed and deleted the game out of spite.

Reminded me too much of trying to play Four Elements and the cringy "joke" dialogs that went on way too long in that game. Some of y'all really need an editor.

Is it possible to play the game with zero to minimum body modifications?

I'd say yes since you can mostly avoid body modification (first boobjob is mandatory tho but you can revert it at some point)

And if it's mandatory you can always revert it. Some decisions lead to unexpected changes if you don't follow the story but if you read everything you do not have to worry about that
