The new version on svscomics was named as 0.4.3a , I too checked his patreon and did not find the update....sadly. Hope we get the update soon.

I think the new content was released separately (the party quest thing)... the upcoming update itself is mostly about the whole-scale change in the background of how the game worked. So we can also expect a MC with a new art style.
