Ok I understand people are upset but seriously I am surprise the mods of F95 haven't step in to put this too a stop. Cause I am tired of seeing whiney bitching being the only alerts I get for this game. We get it your mad or your upset, but honestly do any of you have a right to be bitching & moaning. Your most likely not supporting this game by being part of their Patreon so you really got no right to bitch nonstop. Your sitting on here downloading free content that someone is sharing with us that is actually supporting the game, unlike you. So please STFU & move on you self entitled fucks.
I've been a patreon for a while (even wanted to get some bonus content into the game via a higher tier but Mulan had too much work already). I don't write here bitching and moaning cause it's being done for me, the criticism is valid. Knocking it by standing on some kind of moral high ground on this forum seems... hypocritical. In fact this bitching and moaning is useful, any potential patreons can get an idea of what to expect if they decide to support. Its the first thing I do these days when deciding if I want to support a game.
Well with little content to talk about it is not surprising that people spend the time talking about how slow the content updates are.
Hopefully Mulan see's it for what it is, ALOT of people whom enjoy their game, their story and direction and want to see more of it. Whether peoples avid hunger for your game motivates or depresses you is up to the author.

We just sharing our thoughts on mulans work and update speed not complaining about the game and I think the site is for everyone who wants to share their opinion even if we are playing the game for free ain't it?
Seriously STFU! Who are you to tell people whether they "have a right to be bitching" or not?
Anyway, I was supporting this dev on Patreon until recently when i got fed up with constant lies, broken deadlines etc... but even if i wasnt - its a forum, everyone can share their opinion.
Most of the criticism is completely valid, this project went from "frequent updates with good amount of content" to "2 updates per year with little(and often buggy) content".

You have a right to complain if you are invested somehow.
If you are walking down the street and try to grab yourself a hotdog from a salesman without him noticing, but he is out of hotdogs, can you legitimately feel that you can complain?
Or if you sneak into a movie theatre and they are not playing the movie you want to see, can you truly complain?
I wholeheartedly agree that the development of this game have been chaotic. But I still think the main complaint shouldn't be how long it is between each update, but rather communication of how far development have come.
Look at someone like Remtairy. Sure, they have more experience in this line of work, or so I would presume, but they have a monthly report in regards to how far their work has come. They have a long time between each major update, but due to those monthly updates, it's fair for the backers as then they KNOW just how much work has gone into the project.
Thing is, I doubt the vast majority of people on F95 really understands how hard it is to make a game. And I really think that people may take the games for granted...just because they are porn games.

Ok. But f95 in this analogy is a street. No one complain directly to mulan, since he showed that we freeloaders are below his station, but people on the street are talking that salesman is putting dog turds in his previously delicious hotdogs. Now you run down the street saying "How you dare to critic this fine salesman? By some dog turd... i mean hotdogs, than complain!"
Every time I check in on this, I'm honestly surprised by the sheer volume of complaints. Yes, PunishedMulan has made some decisions I don't quite agree with (e.g. art rework), which probably did set back the development pace, but - and this is a pretty big but - he's actually delivered main story content that's (a little slowly) going somewhere plus progressed key side content (New Me).
I'm much more willing to give him a break than, say, if he were taking in twice as much on Patreon, have just as as too many avatar options, and a character generation/intro scene bloated to 137 questions, while still not even letting us go toBangkok jail - and yes, it is fair to compare what different developers are (not) doing.

The game Defenestration is good right?
But the release schedule have been pretty bad right?
So since I presume most people here are not a Patron in his Patreon and just getting the game for free whenever he puts out a version, what reason can you possibly have to complain about a game you are not investing in, being slow to release?
Let's again rephrase the hotdog analogy to better fit this situation then:
You walk down a street, you copy a hotdog from a salesman, you are still hungry after eating it, thus go back to the salesman and complain to him that you are still hungry.
I am just horrible at phrasing myself right.

Ok, so first, you assume that there are only pirates on this site. Thats incorrect. At least some of thouse who critique over here was or still is his donators. F95 is probably most populated platform for porn games, also his discord was unreasonsbly supportive last time I was there and moderated overzealously.
Secondly, donations go not for development of the games and not for games themselfs. Donations go for autors being "avesome." So if mulan was kinda lazy for a month or more, no punishment will befall him.
Thirdly, we here do not complain to Mulan. He perfectly clear stated that he is not interested in feedback from pirates. But maybe some donator or potential one see how happy about development this game community is and why, he would stop his pleage and that might force mulan to hold at least some of his promises.
