I can't say that I recall any ways except for the fisherman in the park. Give him vodka and he should increase your fame...if I remember correctly.

and i believe a sex scene as well though Mulan will probably add more to the game interims of scenes like the studio and city center and just fill up Moscow with small bits of content after this vivarium mess is over

yup, happens everytime. it also happened when i loaded a save from outside the city. I also couldn't find anything about this error.

So have you tried to download game again? Because I was able to progress your save to vivarium. Here try that.

And what specifically does that solve in regards to his problem?
That solution is for a image loading error in regards to !CityCentre3, not "Error: Uncaught RangeError: Invalid typed array length: 16".
If it's the same solution, perfect. If so, post that and give him the answer, rather than trying to belittle me, as I at least attempted to find a solution.

could be you equipment i was able to access a good amount of the game by tablet but had hundreds of crashes

Have you tried to redownload the game?
Transfer the save files to the new one, and try again. Could be that some of the map files can't be read for some reason.
