Then, after you’re out of prison - sleep at the dorm.
There should be only one requirement for the “party quest” - Kira (player) has to know that Tolstoy is a lawyer.
So any form of imprisonment that leads to him being your guardian will do - every way of getting in prison, except for the actual “prison quest”, ironically.
You have to see the scene where Tolstoy gets you off in a lawyer way. Then, once you go to sleep, he’ll wake you up and ask you to buy liquor (he’ll state that liquor is finally in).
I don’t remember any other requirements, but I’ll ask my coder and get back to you in a couple of days (maybe).
It’s an automated quest that’s meant to happen when the player already did something. Just play the game and at one point it will finally trigger.
just try to do everything you can. i dont remember that quest to be THAT difficult. and also there are not that many options so u cant get stuck for like three days. i played all the game in one day spending like.. 8 o 9 hours? taking a lot of time in between

If it is bothering you to the point that you have to shout online, that's a great idea. No game is worth that kind of frustration.

Exactly what I was thinking when I was reading some of that. This is an adult game with some tongue in cheek retro-futuristic flavour (did we forget that Kira can be dumb as a brick or the whole hobo part of the game?), not a gritty story-based thriller. Bimbos have huge tits, that's the way it works. There are a zillion other games on this very website if you don't care for what Mulan's doing.

Maybe you can find the variable on saveeditonline.com... But from what I know, there is no way to increase the intelligence that much, most likely because you should put in some effort if you want the benefits of the Bimbo-Route without the intelligence drop.
I started a new savefile because of this, I wanted the biggest boobs possible, but my brian was melting while reading the dialogue, lol.

This during the main quest you go to prison. At some time you will need to go to the shower. If you dont rely on the voice inside your head and dont resist they will rape you.
Pretty hot scene tbh.
OK, i will taki it it comes after prison and meeting rebels etc. And how does that chief officer side quest work. Does that change main gameplay drastically?
i think you need to progress more on main story and get a job etc. I think you need to complete shower quest too

Fuck me. I'm dumb. Maybe chief officer hypnosis is affecting me
. I already completed that party quest this whole time. The reason I thought its hasn't finish is because when I talk to Kira friend there is still dialogue about the party and liquor bottle and the last time I played this is a few months ago and I must have forgot about it. Its the quest where you party with friend, high on drug, fighting hobo and chasing goat, right?
And here I am shouting about that liquor bottle for nothing. I feel like a totally idiot right now. I'm sorry for wasting everyone time
